The band also performs an indoor pops concert each spring, with a longer series of rehearsals. A delegation from the Orange Community Band also performs in the River Rat Parade in April and the October Harvest Festival Parade, as well as for the arrival of Santa Claus in Orange the Friday after Thanksgiving. Interested musicians should contact an officer of the band and should plan to attend rehearsals for the summer.

The Orange Community Band is self-funding, through the proceeds from the Pops Concert Advertising booklet, and from sponsorship of summer concerts. A concert sponsorship is $400, and may be split between two individuals or groups. Contact Maureen Riendeau for more information on sponsorship.
